Terms and Conditions
Method of Payment
Cashier’s check, money orders, business or personal check, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Cashier’s Check / Money Order / Personal or Business Check
This form of payment must be received prior to shipment of order. There will be a clearing period of 1 to 3 business days from the time we receive your check. Personal and Business checks will have a 7 to 14 business day clearing period. Packages will be shipped once tender is verified by the bank.

Returns and Exchanges
All returns must have a Return Order Number which will be issued for Returns or Exchanges that meet the following criteria. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No return will be accepted after 14 days from the date of shipment. Freight must be prepaid.

ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING:
  • Damaged or modified parts, previously installed or altered parts
  • Custom and special order parts
  • Electrical parts
  • Special priced or clearance items
  • Used or discontinued parts
Please contact Sierra Madre Collection to receive a Return Order Number (RON) at 626-844-4616. The RON must be with your return and be marked clearly on the outside of the package to ensure your claim is properly reviewed and your account credited. This is all true only if the return meets the above mentioned criteria. Merchandise must be returned to address indicated on the RON in the original packaging and be in perfect resalable and non-used condition within 14 days of the original invoice date. Return freight charges must be prepaid. Parts returned due to customer error will be subject to a restocking fee. Custom and Special Order items are not returnable.

Listings
Everything listed on our website is available, and all specifications and descriptions are current, as of the time of uploading. Product listings, pricing, specifications, and availability are subject to change at the sole discretion of Sierra Madre Collection without notice. Customers should contact Sierra Madre Collection directly or see our website for the most current and up to date product information and pricing.

Special Orders/Clearance Items
These items are subject to minimum quantities and/or special handling charges. Special order/clearance items are sold on a non-cancelable, non-exchangeable, non-returnable, non-refundable basis. Prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of Sierra Madre Collection.

Custom Orders
Custom order items may be subject to additional charges pursuant to each individual order and have special handling charges. Custom order items are sold on a non-cancelable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-returnable basis.

Handling
Sierra Madre Collection and handling charges will apply, depending on order amount, dimensional weight, size and if product is a restricted article.

Since Sierra Madre Collection/Seller cannot control the manner of use of its products after their sale, Sierra Madre Collection/Seller will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages. When Sierra Madre Collection/Seller are acting as a distributor of products manufactured by other companies, Sierra Madre Collection/Seller expressly limits its liability to any guarantees extended by the manufacturer, which guarantees Sierra Madre Collection/Seller will pass on to the customer. No warranty will apply if its products are in any way altered or modified after delivery by Sierra Madre Collection/Seller.

Responsibilities, Release, Hold Harmless
Sierra Madre Collection shall not be responsible for any legal issues regarding the modification of street legal vehicles, racing vehicles and all other vehicles. Customer understands and agrees that all items are strictly for racing vehicles not intended to be driven on public streets. The above Terms and Conditions apply also to foreign countries. All legal matters resulting from the business relation are governed by the Haager purchase laws and subject to the jurisdiction of the German courts and laws.

Customer hereby releases and holds Sierra Madre Collection harmless from any and all claims, injuries or causes of action by or on behalf of customer or of any third party caused, in whole or in part, by the intentional acts or negligence of customer or of any third party, or in any way related to any failure of customer or customer’s vehicle to comply with any law, ordinance, rule, or regulation.
